Terms of sale

1. Seller

These terms apply to sales made on the YETIZ store, operated by El Helou Dan, sole trader, 28 rue Jules Michelet, 83120 Sainte-Maxime, France, SIRET [TO BE COMPLETED].

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are not contractual; slight differences in shade may exist.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping to mainland France is free.

4. Order and payment

The order is confirmed after payment by credit card, PayPal or any other method offered at checkout. A confirmation email is sent.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw. We extend this period to 30 days (see Returns & refunds).

7. Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
